Hey there everyone,
I wanted to let everybody know what else I have going on. I am starting a biggest loser challenge as of the 17th with some of the people that have asked me to help them achieve their weight loss goals. So keep an open eye for these folks. I hope that you, just like I am, will be excited to see the progress these guys and girls will make over the next few weeks (6 to be exact). And, for my Muay Thai buddies, I am starting a leg program tomorrow with a few friends.
