Thanks for stopping by, this is where I will share my thoughts worries concerns really anything good or bad. This is my space and now yours also, thanks for joining me on this journey as I go from fat to fit.

So about a year ago, I signed up with some co-workers to do a biggest loser challenge. This, along with the help of my best friend Mirza dragging me out to a Muay Thai class helped me become enamored of health and exercise.
I started off at over 300 lbs and was not in a good state of mind. I currently weigh in and this fluctuates a lot throughout the day but at about 242 - 250 lbs so we'll call it 246.5 just to keep it honest.
I want to be able to remember where I started so I can keep a clear picture of where I will be going. I hope that people will see what I have been through and will find some strength to say, if he can do it, so can I!
